Welcome to Vajrah Design House. These Terms of Service govern purchases made in-store, through WhatsApp, Instagram, or through our website (current or future). By placing an order with Vajrah Design House, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

2. Nature of Products and Services

Vajrah Design House offers:

  • Custom-made blouses

  • Made-to-order garments

  • Ready-made blouses

  • Ready-made 3-piece salwar sets

Products may be:

  • Customized

  • Made-to-order

  • Ready stock

Availability and timelines may vary depending on design, fabric, and customization requirements.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Bank transfer

  • Online card payments (for website orders)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

3.2 Advance Payments

Custom and made-to-order garments require advance payment before processing begins.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order will be honored for that order only.

4. Cancellations

Customized or made-to-order purchases may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellations are not permitted as production may already have begun.

Ready-made product cancellations may be considered at our discretion before dispatch.

5. Processing and Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Processing timelines vary depending on the garment and customization requirements. Estimated timelines will be communicated to the customer at the time of order.

5.2 Shipping

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and are not guaranteed.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided where available.

5.3 International Shipping

International shipping may be offered in the future. Shipping charges, duties, and timelines may vary depending on destination.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged prior to opening, and

  • Clear video evidence of unpackaging is provided.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Custom Orders

Custom-stitched blouses are generally non-returnable. Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases where valid reasons are provided and accepted by Vajrah Design House.

6.3 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Ready-made garments

  • Size issues

  • Transit damage (with evidence)

Exchange approval is subject to verification.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are not provided. Approved cases will be handled through exchanges only.

7. Measurements and Fitting

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Vajrah Design House is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by customers.

Alteration support is available only for garments stitched by Vajrah Design House and may be subject to additional charges depending on the request.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, photographs, product images, and branding created or published by Vajrah Design House are the intellectual property of the business.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of designs or images is strictly prohibited without written permission.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during ordering

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Avoid fraudulent or misleading transactions

Vajrah Design House reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

10. Use of Photos and Marketing

Vajrah Design House may photograph or display garments on social media or the website only after obtaining customer consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vajrah Design House shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products.

Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

  1. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion and negotiation.

  2. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

Vajrah Design House reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be applicable to new orders from the date of publication.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our store, WhatsApp, Instagram, or website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
